Terms of Service

Using Pulsogram means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service. They are governed by Italian law, and nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under it.

Pulsogram publishes pulsewaves — an image or a question with six fixed emotional responses — and shows how people reacted in aggregate. Voting is free and works without an account. Publishing and reading detailed results require a paid plan.

You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for keeping your credentials and any API keys to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has them.

You must be at least 14 years old.

You keep ownership of what you publish, and you grant us the licence needed to display it on the platform. You are responsible for having the right to publish it — including the rights to any image you use.

Do not publish content that:

• is illegal, or promotes illegal acts
• identifies a private individual without their consent
• makes factual claims about a real person you cannot support
• harasses, defames, or incites hatred or violence
• is sexual content, or depicts a minor in any distressing context
• infringes someone else’s copyright or trade mark

We can remove a pulsewave and suspend an account for breaking these rules. Where the breach is not serious we will normally tell you first, but we do not have to when the content is unlawful or someone is at risk.

One vote per person per pulsewave. Do not use scripts, multiple accounts, or any other method to cast more, and do not attempt to interfere with results. Requests are rate limited, and circumventing those limits is a breach of these terms.

This is the one rule the product genuinely depends on. A result nobody trusts is worth nothing to anyone.

If you publish through the API or an automated tool, everything above applies to what it publishes exactly as if you had typed it. Automation does not transfer responsibility — you are the publisher.

Your plan’s monthly limit applies to the API just as it does in the interface. API keys can be revoked if they are used to breach these terms.

Plan features are listed on the plans page. Subscriptions bill in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew until you cancel. Cancel any time from Dashboard → Settings; you keep the plan until the end of the period you have paid for.

As a consumer in the EU you have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. If you ask us to start the service immediately and then withdraw, we may charge for what you used in the meantime.

Pulsogram measures the emotional reactions of the people who happened to vote. That is not a representative sample of any population, and we make no claim that it is. How you interpret or present a result is your responsibility.

The service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited under Italian law.

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will give notice before it takes effect, and continuing to use the service afterwards means accepting it.
