1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Pulsogram ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
Pulsogram is a platform that allows users to create visual surveys to gather authentic emotional responses and demographic analytics. The platform provides both free basic services and paid tier features designed for editors and professional researchers.
3. User Conduct
You agree to use Pulsogram purposes only. You are solely responsible for all content (Surveys, Images, and Text) you upload. Pulsogram strictly prohibits the creation of surveys containing offensive language, illegal content, or material explicitly designed to harass other individuals. We reserve the right to remove any survey that violates our community standards and ban the offending accounts without prior notice.
4. Paid Services & Subscriptions
Certain features (like survey creation limits, API access, and private surveys) are strictly locked behind subscription tiers. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and are non-refundable after the standard 14-day grace period. You may downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time via your Dashboard settings.
5. Rejection of Warranties
Pulsogram provides its services "as is", without any warranty of any kind, explicit or implied. We do not guarantee that your surveys will go viral or that your demographic data will perfectly match global populations. You are fully responsible for the interpretation of your research outcomes.
