At Pulsogram, we believe in the power of authentic emotional responses. To ensure the integrity of our platform, we collect two primary types of data: Account Information (such as your email and name when you register) and Anonymized Survey Responses (the votes you cast). Your votes on public surveys are completely anonymous and cannot be traced back to your individual account by survey creators.
2. How We Use Data
We use your information solely to provide and improve the Pulsogram service. Your demographic information (age range, country, education) may be aggregated to provide insightful research metrics to survey creators. However, we never sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Security and Third Parties
Authentication and database services are securely handled by Supabase. Social logins are facilitated by Google and Meta (Facebook). Payment processing (for Pro/Editor tiers) is securely managed by Stripe. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data during transit and at rest.
4. Your Rights
You have the right to access, modify, or delete your personal data at any time. You can delete your account directly from the Dashboard Settings. Deleting your account will anonymize or remove associated data in compliance with GDPR.
