Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need an account to vote?

No. Anyone can vote on any active pulsewave. An account adds a shareable card, a streak, groups, reactions, and the full result split instead of a blurred one — see how it works.

What happens if I exceed my monthly limit?

You’ll still be able to vote on others’ pulsewaves without limit. To publish more of your own, wait for the next month or upgrade once Editor is available.

When does Editor launch?

We’re not billing for it yet — no account will be charged without notice. Write to us and we’ll let you know when it opens.

Data Security

Pulsogram uses Stripe for payments and Supabase for data encryption. Your privacy is our priority.

What is Publisher for?

Institutions — a university department, a newsroom, a community organisation — that want a dedicated page showing only their own pulsewaves, with a background, photo and accent color of their own, plus private pulsewaves and voting restricted to an email domain. Reach out and we’ll set it up.

What does Developer add?

Everything in Publisher, plus API access to publish and read results programmatically, and double the monthly pulsewave quota. For teams integrating Pulsogram into their own tools.
